Leader don’t get elected just because he want to be a leader, the action after being elected is even more important.
I am not yet a great leader, but I realize my area to improve.
I have worked with few boss in the past, they are all, in my opinion, not a great leader..
You may say I am complaining, but this is just your opinion
Until your team player leave you, you can say all kind of thing to demotivate them…and you can say “don’t just complain”
but a time will come “what you say, no longer any team player will listen”
and when your team player no longer complain, your leadership position is gone..
You have failed to be a leader, but that is ok, you can learn and be a better leader.

For a team to function effectively, there must be open channels of communication. It’s a sign that there’s something chronically wrong with a team when members don’t feel like they can voice concerns, express disagreements or offer suggestions. Make sure everybody on your team knows that dialogue is always welcome.
