but today I do it.
I receive a call from a prospect asking for quotation, and I sent it out, then
here’s what I do differently in year 2018, I follow up with a call
I call her directly again
Explain again everything I write in the quotation, and
during the call, at first she don’t understand what I wrote, but after my explanation, she said “Ohh..I see”
and also now I see why it is important to have follow up session for “ready to buy” prospect.
and over the phone, I can hear the signal of choosing us then our competitor, do you what is that?
She said “No other training provider do this, you are the first one” – what is that thing that we do that no other training provider do? This is business secret.
